I run the website for a community charity / festival based near Warrington, and Beech host and support the site for us. We always get fast, helpful and responsive service whenever we call on them - either to carry out changes to the site, or to help when something goes wrong. I recently took part in Beech Web Services’ free social media trial, focusing on launching my business on Instagram. Beca was brilliant! We started with a strategy session to outline 10 posts, and I provided any necessary materials. Each week, I received drafts via ClickUp (which I loved - it kept me organised and accountable!). The posts were spot-on from the start. I really appreciated Beca sharing her own ideas with her knowledge of the platform and also incorporated my feedback when needed. The final review meeting to look at my post-performance was really insightful. I really enjoyed working with Beca. Their free social media trial is a great way to see how their support can help you manage your socials. Overall, a great experience!

Sophy, Beca and the rest of the team are brilliant! My website was migrated over from another company efficiently and quickly. Uscita have been using Beech Web Services for a number of years now. We dipped our toes in gradually. They initially hosted our website, then helped with a full redesign and also now manage our Google Business Page. By moving all of these aspects under one umbrella it has simplified our work processes, with just one reliable point of contact. Our experience with other companies has always been one way.
